William R. Bloom, JD

Attorney William R. Bloom began his career by obtaining employment with firms in Worcester, and then Framingham, practicing in the areas of Civil Litigation, Domestic Relations and Family Law. Establishing his firm in Westborough in 1979, he sought to build a local practice concentrating in representing individuals, families and small businesses. Over the past thirty years he has assisted hundreds of clients with all of their legal needs. The Law Offices of William R. Bloom continues to serve the Westborough area community with first rate representation in virtually all areas of the law.

Bill’s emphasis is in the areas of Business/Corporate Law, Contracts, Zoning, Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Real Estate and representation of businesses, individuals and lenders in all facets of financing, whether commercial or residential. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and Worcester County Bar Association. He is a Life Fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation.

Bill was raised in New York, becoming a Boston Red Sox fan at an early age. He left home immediately after High School to attend and graduate from Boston University and Northeastern University School of Law.

Bill and his wife, Karen, have been married for more than 40 years, having lived in Westborough for more than 35 of those years. They have parented two wonderful children educated in the Westborough school system, who have attained law and doctorate degrees.
